There is central AC/heat and central vacuum with the new
central dustpan option that allows you to sweep everything
into a motorized door at the base of the cabinets in the
kitchen. This door opens with the tap of a foot and closes
the same way. All counter tops in the kitchen, bathrooms,
and the wet bar are granite and all sinks are undermount.

This very exclusive location of the Inlet Point subdivision
has no shared property lines- except to the North where
landscaping and house design have excluded all intrusion
except for the sunrise over the ocean coming through the
windows. This is the largest lot in the area with the
largest pool in the area. Pool is heated and kidney shaped.
Hot tub can be installed in pool area as well w/receptacles already in place.
